Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
Contribute to project planning and estimation to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Expertise in software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with databases, web services, and cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
Certifications in relevant technologies or leadership training.
Previous experience in mentoring junior engineers and providing career development support.
