1️⃣ Associate Manager – Acquisition Household

💰 CTC: Up to ₹4.60 LPA
🎯 Maximum Age: 28 Years
💼 Minimum Experience: 1 Year

2️⃣ Associate Manager – Acquisition Current Account

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.15 LPA
🎯 Maximum Age: 30 Years
💼 Minimum Experience: 1 Year

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• BFSI Sales candidates will be given priority
• Candidates from core sales backgrounds across other industries can also be considered
• Good communication & presentation skills required
• Strong customer handling and sales skills
• Candidate should be comfortable with CASA Sales – Current Account / Savings Account acquisition
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field/customer acquisition activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through direct/field sales and generate business
• Drive acquisition of Current Accounts / Savings Accounts as per assigned profile
• Identify potential customers and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain banking products and services to prospective customers
• Complete customer onboarding, documentation and KYC requirements
• Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets
• Cross-sell relevant banking products to existing/new customers
• Ensure quality customer acquisition and adherence to bank processes

⚠️ IMPORTANT ROLE CLARITY:
This is a SALES & CUSTOMER ACQUISITION role . Candidate must be comfortable with CASA sales, customer acquisition, field work and target-based responsibilities.
