Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Industrial Water Treatment Engineer to lead and support industrial water projects across sectors such as mining & metals, oil & gas, desalination, and data centers. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and active client engagement, with a focus on advanced water treatment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and promote industrial water services across targeted sectors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers within the team.
• Lead and contribute to engineering studies, detailed designs, technical reports, and client presentations.
• Manage overall project execution including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare technical proposals and maintain effective client communication.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control standards throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
• Delegate tasks efficiently and guide team members toward timely and quality deliverables.
• Identify and implement innovative and sustainable water treatment solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in industrial water treatment projects, preferably in mining, metals, oil & gas, desalination, or data center sectors.
• Strong expertise in advanced water treatment technologies such as Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Evaporation/Crystallization, and Ion Exchange.
• Proven experience in engineering design, project management, and process optimization.
• Industry recognition for technical leadership and domain expertise is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing and applying water treatment models and simulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring and team development.
