Job Title: Bridge / Highway Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bridge/Highway Engineer to support the planning, design, review, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in highway and bridge engineering, geometric design, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and compliance with applicable design standards. The role involves working with project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Prepare and review highway and bridge engineering designs, drawings, and technical reports.
   
• Develop geometric alignments, plan and profile drawings, cross-sections, and construction details.
   
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structures, drainage, traffic, and utilities.
   
• Support feasibility studies, detailed engineering, design reviews, and technical documentation.
   
• Review survey data and ensure engineering deliverables comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
   
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and technical presentations.
   
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
   
• Assist in design coordination during construction and provide technical support when required.
   
• Contribute to quantity estimation, report preparation, and project documentation.
   
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve engineering issues.
   

Requirements
 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering.
   
• Experience in highway, bridge, or transportation infrastructure projects.
   
• Experience in geometric design and preparation of engineering drawings and reports.
   
• Working knowledge of international or national highway design standards.
   
• Proficiency in engineering software such as Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MX Road, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
   
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced project environment.
