Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
AEM Publisher / Content Author
to manage, create, edit, and publish web content using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
.
Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, update, manage, and publish web content using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
.
-
Work extensively with
AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments
.
-
Perform content QA, formatting, link validation, and publishing checks.
-
Manage digital assets, including
images, documents, metadata, tags, and renditions
.
-
Follow content governance, publishing workflows, and approval processes.
-
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
-
Perform pre- and post-publishing validation across web pages.
-
Coordinate with
development, QA, marketing, UX, and content teams
for content updates and releases.
-
Troubleshoot basic content and publishing issues within AEM.
-
Maintain content accuracy and ensure timely delivery of publishing
requests.
-
Support migration, content updates, and ongoing website maintenance
activities.
Required Skills
-
2–8 years of experience in
AEM Content Authoring / Publishing
.
-
Hands-on experience with
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
.
-
Good understanding of
AEM Sites and Assets/DAM
.
-
Experience working with
Content Fragments and Experience Fragments
.
-
Knowledge of
AEM workflows, page properties, components, templates, tags, and
metadata
.
-
Experience with content QA, link checking, and publishing validation.
-
Good understanding of web content management processes.
-
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
-
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet publishing deadlines.
Good to Have

Experience with
AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service
.

Basic understanding of
HTML/CSS
.
-
Experience with
SEO, accessibility, and web content standards
.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Experience with content migration or website redesign projects.
