Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/business stakeholders.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary, notice period, and role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring status reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT/SLA and hiring targets.
Coordinate with HR/operations teams for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
