Role: Assistant Manager – Household (AM-HH)
CTC: ₹4.62 LPA
Job Locations: Kota Branch / Tonk Road Branch

Key Responsibilities:

◆ Acquire new Savings Account customers from the assigned catchment area

◆ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

◆ Drive CASA acquisition, balances and product penetration

◆ Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Investments, Loans, Credit Cards and other retail products

◆ Generate references and leads through existing customers and market activities

◆ Onboard customers and encourage usage of digital banking channels

◆ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable banking solutions

◆ Coordinate with Branch Manager and other teams for business generation

◆ Ensure quality customer acquisition and adherence to sales/compliance guidelines

◆ Achieve assigned monthly business and sales targets

Eligibility:

◆ Graduation mandatory

◆ 0–2 years of relevant experience can be considered; freshers may also be eligible depending on hiring requirement

◆ Candidates with experience in banking sales, CASA, customer acquisition or relationship management will be preferred

◆ Good communication and customer-handling skills required
