Overview
Support the modernization, migration, and validation of Auto Loan
Origination data as it moves from source systems into the ARL analytical
environment. This role drives the delivery of high‑quality data for
analytics, reporting, and credit decisioning by performing both technical
analysis (code, transformations, profiling) and functional analysis
(business logic, data meaning, SME alignment).
Key Responsibilities

Support source‑to‑target mapping, ensuring accurate transformation of
primitive and complex nested fields.

Conduct data profiling and integrity checks using Python, PySpark,
SparkSQL, and SQL.

Act as a functional bridge between business SMEs and engineering teams;
translate business requirements into clear Jira stories.

Lead UAT cycles: design test scenarios, validate transformations, log
defects, and support business sign‑off.

Build automation scripts to streamline mapping, profiling,
reconciliation, and documentation workflows.
Required Skills
-
5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data
quality roles.

Proficiency in Python, Apache Spark/PySpark, Hadoop, SQL, Git, and Excel

Experience working with JSON (Mandatory) and Avro schemas.

Strong understanding of data quality, profiling techniques, and
functional data analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and engineering teams, with strong communication and problem‑solving skill
5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data quality
