Acquisition Manager (CASA)
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager (CASA) at IDFC Bank plays a crucial role in driving the
growth of current and savings accounts while enhancing customer satisfaction.
This position is pivotal in identifying prospective clients, promoting our
banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new CASA clients and
deepen relationships with existing customers.

Monitor account opening processes to ensure compliance with bank policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA
preferred.

2-4 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the
banking or finance sector.
