Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Video Director to lead the visual storytelling and video production function for a premium luxury brand. The role will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts, directing high-end productions, and delivering engaging video content across digital, social media, marketing, corporate, and brand communication channels.

The ideal candidate will combine strong filmmaking expertise with commercial understanding and an interest in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted video production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative execution of video projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Develop visual treatments, production concepts, storyboards, shot plans, and directing approaches.
• Direct photography, videography, talent, presenters, and production crews during shoots.
• Produce high-quality brand films, promotional videos, property films, lifestyle content, interviews, testimonials, event videos, and digital campaigns.
• Establish a distinctive visual language that reflects the company's premium and luxury brand identity.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, copywriting, social media, and design teams to transform campaign ideas into engaging video content.
• Coordinate filming projects across different locations and manage production requirements, schedules, crews, equipment, and vendors.
• Supervise editing, colour correction, sound, visual effects, animation, and final mastering.

• Review rough cuts and final edits to ensure creative consistency and technical quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Digital Media , or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in video production, filmmaking, creative production, or directing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Video Director, Creative Director, Film Director, or similar leadership position .
