Record to Report Specialist
Job Summary:
The Record to Report Specialist plays a critical role in the financial
operations of our organization by ensuring accurate and timely recording of
financial transactions. This position impacts our overall financial health
through the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations and
variance analyses, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Record journal entries accurately to reflect all financial transactions in
compliance with accounting standards.

Conduct settlements and adjustments to ensure all accounts are reconciled
and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Manage sub-ledger closing processes to maintain the integrity of financial
data and reporting.

Prepare and review critical balance sheet and bank reconciliations to
identify and address discrepancies.

Perform variance analysis on financial statements to highlight significant
changes and provide insights for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and
enhance reporting accuracy.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and contribute to the
month-end closing activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably
in record to report functions.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP
systems is a plus.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to
detail.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
