infrastructure, railway, and metro projects
. The role will involve end-to-end contractual management, including
contract review, claims preparation, negotiations, notices, EOT, delay
analysis, and dispute resolution.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Contracts Engineer / Manager
with strong expertise in
Contract & Claim Management, FIDIC, Arbitration, EOT, Dispute
Resolution, and Delay Analysis
. The ideal candidate should have experience in
EPC, infrastructure, construction, railway, or metro projects
, with strong knowledge of contract administration, contractual risk
management, claims preparation, negotiations, and stakeholder
management.
The candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the
project lifecycle, protecting the organization's commercial interests,
identifying contractual risks, preparing and evaluating claims, and
supporting negotiations and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
contract administration
throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify, prepare, evaluate, and submit contractual claims related to
delays, variations, disruptions, change orders, and cost overruns
.

Prepare contractual
notices, claims, rebuttals, justifications, and supporting
documentation
.
-
Manage
Extension of Time (EOT)
claims and delay-related contractual matters.
-
Lead negotiations for
claims, variations, and dispute settlements
.
-
Coordinate with project, commercial, planning, project controls,
finance, and legal teams.
-
Support
dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or
litigation
, where applicable.

Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices in accordance with
contract provisions.

Maintain proper records of contracts, amendments, correspondence,
notices, claims, and contractual documentation.

Ensure compliance with
FIDIC and applicable contractual/legal requirements
.
Requirements
-
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related
engineering discipline.

8–15 years of experience
in Contracts / Commercial / Claims Management.

Strong experience in
Contract Administration and Claims Management
.

Hands-on knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
.

Experience in
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
.
-
Strong exposure to
EOT claims and Delay Analysis
.
-
Experience in drafting contractual correspondence, notices, claims,
and rebuttals.

Experience with
EPC / Infrastructure / Construction contracts and subcontracts
.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, documentation, and
stakeholder-management skills.

Candidates with
Railway / Metro / large Infrastructure project experience
will be preferred.
