Job Summary:

The AI Agent Operator is integral to optimizing and managing our artificial intelligence solutions to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency. This remote role involves working closely with AI systems to ensure they deliver high-quality performance and meet user needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze AI performance metrics to ensure optimal operation and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement updates and modifications to AI models based on feedback and changing operational requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to align AI functionalities with business goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on AI tools and best practices for effective utilization.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations to enhance the AI operation handbook.
• Respond to operational issues and troubleshooting requests related to AI systems in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to integrate innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating or managing AI systems or related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• Technical proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and their application to AI interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception through implementation in remote work environments.
