Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UK Tax Professional to join our team in Noida. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations and optimizing our corporate tax strategy, which directly impacts our financial performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage corporate UK tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations.
• Prepare and review UK VAT returns and other indirect tax filings to guarantee accuracy and timely submissions.
• Conduct research and analysis on UK GAAP to ensure all accounting practices align with regulatory standards.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess potential impacts on the organization, providing strategic advice as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement tax-efficient policies and procedures in compliance with UK taxation requirements.
• Support in preparing documentation for tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on UK tax compliance and best practices.
