Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Review and perform quality checks (QC) on tasks completed by associates.

• Manage and resolve process exceptions, disputes, and queries efficiently.

• Track aged items and perform timely follow-ups with business teams, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards .

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Functional Responsibilities

• Manage complex and varied exceptions within the process.

• Handle issue resolution and escalation management effectively.

• Provide training, guidance, and feedback to peers while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Work under strict deadlines to meet client expectations and service levels.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and ARIBA systems .

• Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Strong reconciliation preparation and issue resolution skills.
