Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and analytics consulting experience. The candidate will act as a bridge between business, analytics, and engineering teams , ensuring successful solution delivery and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and work hands-on with Google BigQuery .
Collaborate with technology partners to understand system architecture, data flows, integrations, and gaps .
Analyze and understand data architecture, system design, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems .
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
Manage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs .
Influence key business and technology decisions through data-driven insights.
Handle team responsibilities and coordinate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Create clear and impactful storyboards and presentations to communicate complex analytical and technical concepts.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical and analytical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / Analytics Consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BigQuery .
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, system design, and data architecture .
Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise data ecosystems .
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling/storyboarding skills.
Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams .
Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, Directors, and VPs .
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Profile

Experience working in an analytics consulting or data-driven business environment.
Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical/engineering solutions .
Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
Experience influencing decisions at senior management levels.
