Compensation Analyst
Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s
compensation strategy by analyzing and evaluating compensation structures.
This position contributes to optimizing employee compensation, ensuring market
competitiveness, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to determine competitive
compensation practices.

Analyze job descriptions and assess roles to ensure alignment with
compensation structures.

Collaborate with HR and department leaders to develop and implement
compensation policies and programs.

Prepare and present detailed compensation reports and recommendations to
senior management.

Support the annual merit and bonus review processes by providing data
analysis and insights.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation
practices.

Assist in the management of compensation-related inquiries from employees
and management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a
related field.

2+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR function.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and
reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems; experience with
compensation software is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention
to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software.
