Key responsibilities
Manage and service an existing portfolio of SBE/working-capital customers.
Handle renewals and enhancement of credit limits.
Build strong relationships with business promoters and understand their business model.
Analyse cash flows and working-capital requirements and structure appropriate solutions.
Drive portfolio growth through limit enhancement, product penetration and cross-sell.
Ensure timely renewal of limits and closure of pending PDDs.
Follow up on stock statements, stock insurance and stock-audit compliance.
Regularly visit customers and monitor business performance.
Monitor account utilisation and identify unusual transaction patterns.
Maintain portfolio quality and minimise delinquency/EWS accounts.
Act as the primary RM for the customer's working-capital requirements.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Trade Desk and Branch teams to resolve customer issues.
Cross-sell products such as OD, CC, BG, BL and other banking solutions.
Generate additional business from existing customers and referrals.

Track trade and forex transactions and identify revenue opportunities.

Around 2–3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the local market.
Experience in credit + sales / working capital / SME banking is valuable.
Good understanding of OD, CC, BG, BL, LC and working-capital products.
Strong relationship-management and influencing skills.
Good oral and written communication.
Ability to sell/position credit solutions around loan amount, pricing and fees.
