Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, and RAG architectures . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-ready GenAI solutions, including LLM pipelines and document processing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications .
Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures .
Develop LLM applications using LangChain and related frameworks.
Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to improve LLM responses and application performance.
Build solutions for document processing, information extraction, and unstructured data handling .
Develop and maintain production-grade LLM pipelines .
Deploy and manage GenAI solutions on AWS cloud .
Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and data sources.
Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost .
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs .
Expertise in LangChain .
Strong understanding of RAG architecture and retrieval pipelines.
Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering .
Experience with Document Processing and Information Extraction .
Hands-on experience with AWS .
Experience building and deploying production LLM pipelines .
Strong Python/programming skills.
Understanding of LLM integration, APIs, embeddings, vector search, and AI application development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have worked on enterprise GenAI applications, RAG-based solutions, document intelligence, and production-grade LLM systems will be preferred.
