Job Title: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer + AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure cloud and AI-driven solutions . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern AI platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with Azure services, DevOps best practices, and emerging AI technologies such as RAG pipelines and agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and best practices
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure cloud infrastructure
Deploy and manage AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry , including model versioning and quota management
Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Azure AI Search, embeddings, and indexing workflows
Work with agentic frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, MCP/A2A plugins) to enable intelligent automation
Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and OpenTelemetry
Ensure robust incident response and system reliability practices
Manage secure cloud environments using Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC, Azure Policy, and private networking
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep, YAML, and PowerShell
Ensure compliance with data governance standards , including PII handling and tenant isolation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform reliability, scalability, and innovation

Required Skills & Experience

7–12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Deep understanding of Azure cloud services, architecture, and scalability
Experience with:
- Azure OpenAI & AI Foundry
- RAG pipelines and Azure AI Search
- Observability tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, OpenTelemetry)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, YAML, PowerShell)
Strong knowledge of cloud security practices (Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC, networking)
Understanding of data governance concepts (PII, tenant isolation)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A plugins)
Exposure to AI/ML deployment pipelines
Familiarity with enterprise-scale cloud environments
