About the Role

We are hiring experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialists with strong French language skills to support global business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Insurance Operations, or Customer Operations and be comfortable interacting with international clients in the respective language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and collections activities for assigned accounts.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
• Communicate effectively with clients via calls, emails, and other channels in French.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and billing-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account status.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Prepare reports and updates related to receivables and collections performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Collections
• Insurance Operations
• Customer/Business Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French.
• Language proficiency at B1/B2 level (certification preferred).
• Good understanding of AR, collections, billing, and payment processes.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP/Finance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Currently employed in a corporate environment.
• Experience handling international clients/customers.
• Exposure to finance, insurance, or shared services operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced US-shift environment.
