Creative Manager
Job Summary:
Creative Manager will lead and inspire a dynamic team of creative professionals, driving innovative design and strategic visual communications. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that all creative outputs align with our organizational goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand identity and storytelling across multiple platforms.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts and ideas, promoting a culture of creativity within the team.
- Oversee all stages of creative development, from initial concepts to final production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and advertising initiatives with brand objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior creative staff, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
- Manage creative budgets and timelines to deliver projects within scope and deadline.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company's creative output relevant and innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work across various mediums.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey concepts and ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in the Middle East market, with knowledge of local cultural nuances.
- Ability to fluently communicate in both English and Arabic is a significant advantage.
