PLATFORM MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Manage content scheduling and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

·          Coordinate with copywriters and designers to ensure assets are ready per platform specs

·          Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions — escalate sensitive queries

·          Maintain and update the content calendar in real time

·          Prepare weekly content delivery reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

·          3+ years managing social media platforms for brands or institutional clients

·          Zero tolerance for publishing errors in a government mandate

·          Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, scheduling tools

·          Experience managing high-volume content calendars (daily publishing)

·          Fluency in Hindi and English; Punjabi preferred
