Role Overview
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, execution, and
control of product sampling, merchandising materials, and branding
elements across dealer and distributor networks. The role involves close
coordination with internal sales teams, external agencies, and vendors to
ensure timely availability, correct deployment, and effective visual
presentation of products at dealer outlets, experience centers, and
project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Sampling & Merchandising Execution

Plan, manage, and execute sampling activities across dealer,
distributor, and project channels.

Ensure correct product samples, displays, mock-ups, and swatch kits are
available as per market and sales requirements.

Monitor sample usage, replenishment cycles, and replacement of outdated
or damaged samples.

Maintain consistency in visual presentation as per brand guidelines.
Distribution & Inventory Control

Coordinate end-to-end distribution of samples, brochures, display units,
and branding materials.

Track inventory of samples and merchandising materials at HO, regional
offices, and dealer locations.

Maintain records of dispatches, receipts, and acknowledgements.

Optimize logistics and minimize losses, damages, and excess stock.
Agency & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with creative, printing, fabrication, and logistics agencies
for production and rollout of merchandising materials.

Brief agencies on requirements, timelines, and brand standards.

Follow up on production schedules, quality checks, and timely
deliveries.

Ensure cost control and adherence to approved budgets.
Dealer & Sales Team Support

Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to support dealer
onboarding and outlet upgrades.

Assist in setting up dealer showrooms, display walls, and experience
zones.

Address dealer queries related to samples, displays, and branding
support.

Support product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare MIS reports on sampling coverage, distribution status, agency
performance, and costs.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies across all
locations.

Conduct periodic audits of dealer outlets for visual merchandising
standards.
