Experience: 8-10 Years

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead QA to own and drive overall quality across applications. This role
requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to guide, review, and coordinate work
across the QA team to ensure consistent, high-quality test coverage.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the overall quality strategy and ensure consistency in test case creation across the team
● Review, audit, and validate test cases created by QA Engineers for accuracy, completeness, and
coverage
● Act as the primary point of coordination between internal QA teams and other stakeholders
● Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes
● Support Agile delivery by actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and defect triage
● Collaborate with distributed teams with some overlap with Eastern Time (ET) working hours

Hands-on Technical Responsibilities

● Manage and execute testing using Azure DevOps Test Plans
● Perform API testing using Postman
● Execute database validation and queries using MongoDB
● Test microservices-based applications, including integration and end-to-end flows
● Assist in defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution validation

Required Skills & Experience
● Proven experience in a Lead QA / Senior QA role
● Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, especially Test Plan management
● Solid experience in API testing (Postman)
● Working knowledge of MongoDB querying and data validation
● Experience testing microservices architectures
● Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test management, and Agile/Scrum delivery
● Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working in large, distributed or enterprise environments
● Ability to balance hands-on testing with QA leadership responsibilities
