Project Manager – MEP
Job Summary:
The Project Manager for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) will oversee
and coordinate complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and
quality standards. This pivotal role impacts the successful execution of vital
projects within the organization, lending expertise in electrical engineering
and significant experience in data center projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle project management from inception to completion for MEP
projects, specifically focusing on data centers.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish project scope, goals,
and deliverables.

Implement rigorous project monitoring and reporting processes to track
progress and manage risks effectively.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and
subcontractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Utilize advanced project management software to document project statuses,
costs, and timelines.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry
standards and client requirements.

Mentor and guide junior project staff, promoting a learning environment and
fostering professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

12-15 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data
center projects.

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP,
Agile).

Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and
resources efficiently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced
environment.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
