Job Description

We are looking for experienced Civil Engineers to join our engineering team and work on civil infrastructure, pipeline, conveyance, and land development projects. The role will involve civil design, engineering calculations, preparation and review of drawings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering design and analysis for pipeline, conveyance, and infrastructure projects .
• Develop and review land development, grading, drainage, and site development designs.
• Prepare grading plans, profiles, alignments, site layouts, and civil engineering drawings .
• Design and develop pipe networks and pressure networks based on project requirements.
• Prepare Civil 3D models for land development, grading, pipelines, and utility networks.
• Perform design calculations and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, process, environmental, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support preparation of technical reports, design criteria, quantity estimates, and construction documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers/designers, particularly at senior levels.
• Ensure all deliverables meet required standards for quality, accuracy, schedule, and safety .

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–12+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design , preferably within EPC, infrastructure, water, pipeline, or industrial projects.
• Strong experience in Civil 3D and related civil design applications.
• Hands-on experience in Land Development and Grading .
• Experience in pipeline/conveyance design and pipe/pressure network modelling .
• Good understanding of site development, earthwork, grading, drainage, and utility coordination.
• Knowledge of relevant civil engineering codes, standards, and design practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, surveys, and project requirements.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

• Water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Land development and site grading

• EPC / consulting engineering projects
• Large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects

Education

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
