Assistant Manager - P2P Analyst (SAP Procurement Operations)

Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Senior P2P Analyst to manage Purchase Order activities in SAP within a global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environment. The role will support European stakeholders and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality procurement operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Create, manage, and monitor Purchase Orders in SAP

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to procurement policies

Act as a key point of contact for European stakeholders (France/Belgium/Other Europe)

Coordinate with internal functions (Procurement, Finance, Business teams)

Follow up on PO approvals, changes, GR, and issue resolution

Support continuous improvement of P2P processes and service quality

Ensure delivery against defined KPIs (cycle time, accuracy, backlog)

 

Requirements

 

3–5 years of experience in procurement operations / P2P

Strong hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)

Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of French would be strong plus

Proven ability to work with European stakeholders

Strong business acumen and understanding of procurement processes

Good Excel skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a high-volume, structured environment

 

Nice to Have

 

Experience in shared services / global business services (GBS)

Exposure to procurement tools (Ivalua)
