Job Summary:

The IT Business and Project Manager will oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and successful execution. This role demands a proficient leader who can optimize project performance while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to established timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to achieve optimal results.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all involved parties.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve project performance.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience working in the IT sector within a multinational organization.
• Strong network within the Riyadh tech community.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives successfully.
