Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Targets: Plan and execute monthly or quarterly business loan strategies to meet assigned sanction and disbursement goals .
- Channel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and intermediaries as per company SOPs .
- Portfolio Quality: Engage with customers, evaluate business financials, and ensure a healthy, high-quality loan portfolio .
- Operations & TAT: Coordinate with internal risk, credit, and operations teams to ensure optimal Turnaround Time (TAT) and smooth service delivery .
- Lifecycle Management: Handle pre-disbursal and post-disbursal activities, plus cross-selling and renewal opportunities .
