Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support business operations in Hyderabad. The role will work closely with business and functional leaders to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement and effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders on HR matters.
• Manage end-to-end HR activities for the assigned region/business.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and employee relations initiatives.
• Support workforce and manpower planning.
• Manage performance management and talent development processes.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure effective resolution.
• Implement and support HR policies, processes and compliance.
• Provide HR insights and support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR functions.
• Support organizational development and change initiatives.

Candidates from the following sectors are preferred:

• Data Centers / Data Centre Infrastructure
• EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure
• Real Estate / Construction
• Design Consultants / PMCs
• OEMs – Vertiv, Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens
• Manufacturing
• Retail

Ideal Candidate

• 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong HRBP / HR Generalist / Business HR experience.
• Experience partnering with business and operational stakeholders.
• Good employee relations and people-management exposure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• MBA in HR preferred.
• Hyderabad-based or Mumbai Based-  willing to relocate.
