Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience

·          Understanding of Reinsurance Contracts (Treaty and Fac) ,Risk data capture in system,

·          Calculation and Processing Premium s (XOL and Fac), system cessions and validations

·          Processing Contractual obligations like PC, NCB and Premium Adjustment in line with Contract terms & guidelines

·          Processing of Endorsements /Accounts & ensuring timely settlements of FAC, XOL and QS Treaties

·          Processing of the Market reports (Bordereaux) sent to the reinsurers/brokers

·          Should be able to manage market queries and liaise with placement officers and any other stakeholder

·          Able to help team in resolving their queries as an when needed

·          To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly, and periodic processing of client requirements

·          To ensure proper documentation of workflow of all activities related to all the clients.

·          Constantly look for opportunities to improve the client processing and provide value addition to client by exceeding expectations.

·          To create systems and checks for internal compliance policies and guidelines and ensures maintenance of clear and precise records per the requirements.

·          Profound knowledge of P&C Reinsurance Business

·          Excellent communication both written, verbal, and analytical skills

·          Good decision-making skill

·          Knowledge of London Market reinsurance preferred

·          Committed to achieving specific objectives and takes ownership for accomplishing them.

·          Effectively balances quality, customer service and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria:

·          Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate, with overall 5-7 years of experience in the field of Reinsurance

·          Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

·          Desirable-Certification in P&C Insurance

·          Must have an experience of setting up a new process
