Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

·          Manage project-wise accounting including cost tracking, WIP, margin analysis, unbilled revenue, retention, and contract assets / liabilities

·          Ensure accurate revenue recognition under Ind AS / IFRS (POC and milestone-based)

·          Review EPC, turnkey, consultancy, design and AMC contracts from a financial and commercial perspective

·          Evaluate pricing, billing milestones, variations, escalation clauses, LDs, penalties, warranties, and retention mechanisms

·          Support bid pricing, tenders, and commercial evaluations

·          Monitor project cash flows including collections, BGs, LCs, and retention money

·          Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books as per Ind AS / IFRS / Indian GAAP

·          Prepare financial statements, provisions, accruals, depreciation, forex accounting, and reconciliations

·          Ensure proper capitalization of project and engineering center costs

·          Handle GST implications for EPC and works contracts
