Regional Manager

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

•                     Responsible to generate and drive sales & revenue generation from region

•                     Achieving Sales target and mapping potential market

•                     Responsible for all the Sales & Marketing activities, All major order finalizations, Growth of the business.

•                     Assigning sales & other functional targets to team members and ensuring compliance for the same by motivating and training the team.

•                     Identifying & development of new customers/ Dealer from different Industry segments.

•                     Conducting dealers meet, architects meet & carpenters meet to communicate about products and drive sales

•                     Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis

•                     Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors.

•                     Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealer
