Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Project Lead for large-scale commercial real estate projects in Mumbai. The candidate should have strong exposure in end-to-end project management, design coordination, pre & post construction activities, and PMC operations for high-value commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large commercial construction projects.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Drive design coordination and construction management activities.
• Handle pre-construction activities, including feasibility, planning, approvals, and tendering.
• Oversee post-construction activities, including handover, snag closure, and client coordination.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.
• Manage PMC activities and ensure smooth delivery within agreed timelines.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Mandatory Requirements

• BE / B.Tech with NICMAR or PMP certification.
• 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Must have handled at least 2 large commercial projects in Mumbai during recent tenure.
• Each project size should be more than 5 lakh sq. ft.
• Strong exposure to commercial real estate/office / mixed-use developments.
• Experience in design coordination, PMC, pre-construction, and post-construction activities is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
