Store Executive

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

* Attend walk-in customers, understand their home décor/interior design requirements, and explain BHS offerings.

* Drive sales of Asian Paints products, services, and interior solutions.

* Provide product demonstrations, shade recommendations, and solution-based selling.

* Follow up with leads, inquiries, and convert them into business.

2. Design Consultation Support

* Coordinate customer meetings with in-house or partner interior designers.

* Assist customers with catalogues, colour palettes, 3D visuals, and product choices.

* Maintain records of customer requirements and share accurate briefs with designers.

3. Store Operations

* Ensure the Beautiful Homes Store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with VM (Visual Merchandising) standards.

* Manage stock display, catalogues, sample kits, and store hygiene.

* Handle billing, documentation, and CRM entries.

4. Project Coordination

* Follow up on project timelines, site visits (if needed), and customer updates.

* Coordinate with vendors, design partners, and internal teams for project progress.

* Resolve customer queries/issues quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Compliance

* Track daily footfall, conversions, and sales performance.

* Maintain MIS reports for store operations and project status.

* Ensure adherence to company guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards.
