Job Summary:
The Associate Relationship Manager for Home Loans and Joint Liability Groups
(JLG) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for building and
nurturing client relationships while promoting our home loan products. This
position directly impacts our business growth through customer service
excellence and proactive engagement with clients to fulfill their housing
financing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their
home loan requirements and facilitate customized lending solutions.

recommend appropriate loan products and services.

Manage the entire loan application process, ensuring compliance with all
regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and underwriting, to

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management or sales within
the banking or financial services sector.
