*Position* : Sales Manager / Area Manager – Prime LAP (DSA Channel)

*Job Summary*

Godrej Finance is looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) business exclusively through the DSA channel. The role is an individual contributor position responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with DSAs and channel partners to achieve monthly business targets.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Source Prime LAP business exclusively through DSA partners.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
* Generate quality loan applications and ensure achievement of login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
* Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the business network.
* Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
* Ensure timely resolution of DSA and customer queries.
* Maintain high-quality sourcing in line with company policies.
* Conduct regular DSA visits and business development activities.
* Track market competition and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
*Candidate Profile*
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* 3–8 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Home Loan sales.
* Hands-on experience in sourcing business through the DSA channel is mandatory.
* Strong network with DSAs and channel partners.
* Good understanding of Prime LAP products, credit processes, and documentation.
* Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
