Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Professional to join our dynamic finance team in Noida. This individual will play a crucial role in managing credit risk and ensuring timely collections, particularly within the UK market and with Lloyds, directly impacting the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.Strong experience in Credit Control with a solid understanding of Bureau, Non-Bureau, Delegated Authority, and Proportional Treaty processes, with a strong focus on data analysis and investigation.

• 2. Ability to understand how information links to GLA and journals, with a good grasp of Finance and its functions.

• 3. Capable of supporting the Credit Control team in resolving complex cases by breaking down issues and identifying the specific steps required.

• 4. Will not be directly chasing brokers but will operate at a higher-level escalation point—challenging policies where needed—and acting as an SME for both the team and onshore counterparts.

• 5. Strong understanding of key Lloyd’s market terminology, including line slips, MGAs, member agents, placing basis, binders , Xchanging messages etc
