We are hiring for a  senior leadership  position Saudi Arabia operations in a leading Construction Company.

Position: Segment Head / Cluster Head – Aramco (Oil & Gas) // Substation Projects

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead overall project management functions for multiple projects within a cluster/segment, ensuring successful delivery within cost, schedule, quality, and safety parameters while aligning with business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive project management strategies for major projects/programs in line with organizational goals.
• Lead execution of technically sound, commercially viable, and customer-focused projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, progress tracking, and resource planning.
• Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation measures.
• Ensure alignment across concurrent projects and optimize delivery outcomes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and governance structures.
• Act as the highest escalation point for project management matters.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 22 years of overall EPC experience
• Minimum 10 years of Gulf / Oil & Gas project experience
• Minimum 5 years in a Direct / Cluster Head / Segment Head leadership role
• Strong exposure to Aramco projects/Substation Projects preferred
• Experience in handling country/Regional level end to end projects on multiple domains/divisions
