Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Pega applications in accordance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement BPM solutions using Pega PRPC, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
Conduct unit testing and assist in system integration testing, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Maintain documentation for each development phase, providing clear guidelines for future reference and enhancements.
Provide mentoring and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with best coding practices and Pega standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development with a strong understanding of PRPC and BPM methodologies.
Certified as a CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) with proven expertise in complex Pega solutions.
Proficiency in Java programming and solid knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a hybrid work environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Pega cloud deployments and integration with third-party services.
Exposure to DevOps practices and knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with additional Pega certifications and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to enhance user interfaces.
