Relationship Manager/Sales Manager - Business LAP Sales (DSA)
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for Business LAP Sales is essential in building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships to drive loan against property sales through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Direct Sales Agents to drive sales of loan against property products.
- Identify potential clients through networking and by leveraging existing DSA relationships to expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Monitor sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to DSAs, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in loan against property or financial services.
