Job Description (CSM/Sr CSM/RM):

- Drive customer acquisition through various selling techniques

- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our Bank's products (CASA, FD, TD, TPD products)

- Process customer requests and resolve issues efficiently

- Escalate complex issues as needed
