About the role
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced
Design/Engineering Manager
with
15+ years of railway/metro project experience
to lead multidisciplinary engineering and design activities. The role will
oversee
Rail Telecom Systems
(Fiber Optic, IP/MPLS, CCTV, PAS, PIDS, TETRA/LTE, Access Control, Data
Centers), ensure system integration, manage design approvals, support
procurement, testing & commissioning, and ensure compliance with
EN, IEC, ISO, and RTA
standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).

15+ years in Rail/Metro/APM/Tram projects.

Minimum 5 years in a Design/Engineering Management role.

Strong experience in rail telecom systems, RAMS, interface management, and multidisciplinary coordination.

UAE/GCC experience preferred.
