Banking Officer - Current and Savings Accounts
Job Summary:
The Banking Officer will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the
customer experience for current and savings account holders at IDFC Bank, New
Delhi. This position is crucial for driving customer acquisition and ensuring
retention through exceptional service delivery and effective relationship
management.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their banking needs and guide
them through the account opening process.

Requirements:
