Role: BI Sigma

Experience: 4-8 Years
Location: Gurugram, Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Role and Responsibilities:

o Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver
actionable insights.
o Write and optimize SQL queries that run directly on cloud data warehouses.
o Enable self-service analytics for business users via Sigma's spreadsheet interface and
templates.
o Apply row-level security and user-level filters to ensure proper data access controls.
o Partner with data engineering teams to validate data accuracy and ensure model
alignment.
o Troubleshoot performance or data issues in reports and dashboards.
o Train and support users on Sigma best practices, tools, and data literacy.

Must Have:

o 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization roles.
o Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing is highly preferred.
o Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake,
BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
o Experience with data modeling concepts and modern data stacks.
o Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
o Familiarity with data governance, security, and role-based access controls.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (for comparative insight).
o Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, or other ELT/ETL tools.
o Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
combination of education and experience
