Key Responsibilities – RMPA:
• Manage and acquire Premium Banking customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive CASA, investments, insurance and other banking products
• Generate business through referrals, existing customers and market opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Key Responsibilities – RM Aspire:
• Manage and grow the assigned customer portfolio
• Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
• Cross-sell banking and investment products
• Drive business growth and achieve assigned targets
• Ensure high-quality customer service and relationship management

Preferred Experience: Banking / BFSI sales experience with strong customer acquisition and relationship management exposure.
