Role Summary:
AECOM is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead PMC/project management activities for large-scale Transmission Line (TL), Substation (SS), HVDC/HVAC and power infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, contractor management, planning, stakeholder coordination, quality, HSE, commercial and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end PMC/project management for transmission line and substation projects.
Manage EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, clients and other stakeholders.
Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE.
Review contractor schedules, construction methodology, resource plans and progress.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
Monitor critical activities, delays and recovery/acceleration plans.
Manage multidisciplinary interfaces across Electrical, Civil, Protection, SCADA/Telecom and Construction.
Review contractor claims, variations, EOTs and milestone/payment submissions.
Identify project risks and drive mitigation and corrective actions.
Lead progress meetings and prepare project dashboards/reports.
Support pre-commissioning, energization, handover and project close-out.
Requirements:

Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate with 15+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in Transmission Line and Substation projects.
Experience with major EHV projects – preferably 400 kV / 765 kV.
Experience in PMC / Owner's Engineer / EPC Project Management preferred.
Exposure to HVDC, GIS, power transformers, reactors, protection and SCADA will be an advantage.
Strong contractor, client and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of project controls, contracts, quality and HSE.
Willingness to work from Pune/South Kalambh and travel to project sites as required.
