Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor electrical systems and infrastructure across commercial properties, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, electrical distribution systems, lighting and earthing systems.
• Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of electrical and MEP services within commercial buildings.
• Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor power consumption, electrical load, energy usage and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost optimization .
• Coordinate with electrical contractors, MEP vendors, service providers and maintenance teams.
• Review and maintain AMC contracts, maintenance schedules, service reports and equipment records .
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and building regulations .
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and identify potential safety or operational risks.Handle electrical breakdowns, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, facility management teams and other stakeholders for operational requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed SLA, quality and safety standards .
• Maintain documentation including maintenance reports, checklists, energy reports, incident reports and equipment history .
• Support facility teams during audits, inspections and statutory compliance activities.
