Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless
execution of projects within our organization. This position involves managing
schedules, communication, and documentation, contributing to our overall
project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely
delivery and execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines
while facilitating team collaboration.

Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting
notes, and status updates to stakeholders.

Assist in budget management by tracking expenditures and ensuring project
activities are within allocated budgets.

Organize and attend meetings, taking notes and ensuring action points are
followed up effectively.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Support project managers in the planning and execution of project scopes,
objectives, and deliverables.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.

Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably in a dynamic
environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and
English.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to work
independently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience in the construction or engineering industry.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
